I received my order from Bluewater Lola cakes last week. As this was a surprise cake I was surprised to find the cake not in good condition, however when I received the cake biscoff cake I was hugely disappointed as the biscoff on the cake looked like someone had nibbled on the cake . I raised it with staff but they very casually brushed it off... considering your cake are high quality I was expecting the cake to arrive to in in good condition. Some of my party guests were sceptical as to whether a staff person had tampered with the cake which is not the impression I was hoping for from Lola cakes.
I bought a Red Velvet cake from Lola’s for my daughter’s birthday last year, and we all loved how it looked and tasted. Naturally, Lola’s was our first choice again this year. While placing the order online and trying to check out on the Safari browser, I ran into some technical issues, so I called Lola’s customer service for help. Alice assisted me, and she was incredibly helpful and professional in getting the order placed over the phone. Thank you to Alice for her support today, and for helping make our special moments even sweeter with Lola’s delicious cakes!
Great customer service throughout, Marta and Alice were great with sorting our bulk booking and enquiries, the boxes were delivered on time and the decorating boxes are excellent - such good value and would definitely recommend! Plus they taste amazing :)
