Lock mill garage Ewood has intimated me us an unprecedented level we had over £3,000 in cash the night shift staff has accused me of counterfeit money I had £3,600 worth of it not once did this man check my money undead machine or a marker because of his rude behaviour and threats my taxi drove off on camera this man has left his position 5 times and swore me unprecedentedly he did not check my money once he threatened me of police and made videos of me on his personal device threatening to expose me on social media I am now getting in touch in a with my legal team to sue londis, Ps huge respect to morning staff lucy who has acknowledged this man should not have left his station and used the machine to check the note and not verbally swore at multiple times on he forecourt absolutely disgraceful behavuour for a pump we have used for 30 years he was extremely aggressive loud and very threatning thank u Lucy and Londis but terrible customer service today this is not the end of it just yet tc I have been recorded on a video of one of ur staff on his personal mobile phone that is invading my privacy on a phenomenal level I have been sworn at very very very loudly on ur forecourt via ur staff and threatened. Vigorously with no checks of my notes, I pleaded with this man plz show me it’s counterfeiting instead he opened his till pulled another £20 and swapped mine with it cctv doesn’t lie this man made. I checks and has Brocken every every law in the way he has intimidated me anyway s professionally my legal team will b in touch in soon tc, a huge thanks to Lucy who has confirmed this staff is not allowed to use his personal device to record me or threaten me in any way and if he did not do any any checks we apologise on his behalf he had threatened me to put me on social media u have Audio and video I waited for police in the forecouet instead he swore 9 times leaving his station unattended saying f….off we come fr s very respectful affluent background shame on this man

Today, while waiting in line, an older female staff member rudely instructed me to wait outside to prevent congestion. When I finally reached the counter with my first package, she inquired about its contents. I mentioned it was just a Christmas card. She then quoted a price of £8, which was surprising since I had sent a similar card to the same address for £4 just days earlier. She insisted the prices had increased and stated that sending three Christmas cards would also cost £8, which made no sense. She pressed me for details about what was in my packages, and I reiterated that they were just cards. In an unprofessional tone, she claimed I was being rude, despite my calm response. When I asked for stamps, she refused, stating she would only send one of my packages. Frustrated, I decided to leave, but she wouldn't return my parcel, claiming she wouldn't lose £8. After a lengthy argument, she finally returned it and told me to leave and never return. I had never experienced such poor treatment from a shop worker before. This staff member has made similar disrespectful comments in the past and often carries a superior attitude. I have also been charged more than the marked prices for items before. I strongly advise against shopping here; it’s a dreadful experience with disorganized conditions and a parking area riddled with potholes. This staff member clearly should not be in retail, as she lacks the necessary customer-friendly demeanor.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. When I went to collect two parcels, the staff member was very rude and claimed they weren't there. He didn’t scan my QR code or ask for any details, and repeatedly called me by the wrong name. When I mentioned the contents of the parcels, he became agitated. The whole situation was strange, and he told me to come back later. I just wanted my items, so I contacted the seller, who sent me a photo of my parcel actually in the shop. When I returned, the staff member refused to acknowledge the photo, accused me of threatening him for simply asking him to check, and became aggressive. I started recording, and he reacted with extreme anger. It feels like my parcels have been lost or even stolen. I have never encountered anything like this before and will be seeking police advice. If you're in the area, avoid giving your money to this rude establishment. I shared my experience in a community group, and others have reported similar issues—something is definitely wrong here.
The staff are consistently helpful and polite. I’m quite impressed with how they maintain their composure, especially considering how rude some customers can be. I witnessed a mother yelling at a staff member for addressing her son's disruptive behavior rather than taking responsibility for her child.
The shops and distribution centers, particularly the one in the area, are terrible. They keep delivery drivers waiting endlessly, lock them out of break areas, and there’s no way for them to access restrooms unless an employee grants permission. This is unacceptable.
