Dr was very responsive Charges however are much higher than advertisedCost of my visit today are as followsRemoval of small scaly lesion on scalp ( 0.5cm ) without histology Removal of a mole on arm pit ( 0.8cm) with histology study .( the histology study was charged £500 less 10% equal to £450, not as what they advertised as£295)Total charges £2293.00Is this much more expensive what they advertised online?
The staff provided excellent service, and the medical consultation seemed satisfactory. The doctor ordered a necessary lab test to help determine the cause of my daughter's dermatological problems, which I appreciate as it provided an answer. I hope to return soon to continue treatment with the doctor, who was very kind.
This was the first time I went to this clinic, and thought everything was done extremely well. I went for a consultation and two surgeries, and felt that Dr Rovshan Izamov and his team were extremely competent and considerate throughout. I always felt in excellent hands, and particularly appreciated that I was informed and asked for my consent at specific steps during the surgery itself (e.g., before each injection of local anaesthetic.) It's two days post-surgery and I have no complications or complaints. After the consultation and before the surgery, a different member of staff elicited my feedback on the consultation itself, how I felt it had gone, whether I felt all my questions and concerns had been answered etc., and offered to answer any further questions. He then explained the breakdown of costs transparently so I could make an informed decision on whether or how to actually go ahead, which is a good way to ensure transparency and patient agency. The admin system generally was efficient: easy to contact, quick to sort things out, and with all members of staff acting in a polite, warm, and patient-focussed manner. I'll be recommending the clinic and Dr Izamov.
Dr Izamov gave me an excellent consultation and took care of my problem. I am very satisfied with the clinic patient service. Dr Izamov performed my health care professionally. I recommend DR Izamov to anyone requiring Dermatology care.
