Absolutely horrendous, completely misold. I had to pay £410 for a steroid injection due to been charged my consultation fee despite being told this would be waved if I had treatment the same day. Then informed because it wasn’t surgical they don’t offer that waiver and I could just pay £249 for a 2 minute consultation conducted in a cubicle. I chose to get the steroid injection where I was given no warning and went into shock as a result. Doctor soaked gauze in cold liquid as way of pain relief and was given alcohol wipes to smell to raise my blood pressure. Was given no aftercare advice, or advised of any potential side effects. I left in tears and still in shock. Terrified to have another steroid injection as didn’t fully resolve the issue. Please do not attend here.
I attended this clinic on 11 November and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The consultation felt rushed and unprofessional; the doctor was on her phone when I entered, briefly glanced at my mole without examining it properly, and immediately suggested removal with “no scarring.” I was then sent to an assistant who did not discuss the procedure at all, but instead focused on payment and encouraged me to book immediately. The only “reassurance” offered was a few Google images, not results from actual patients, which made me even more uncomfortable.I felt pressured into making a quick decision and ended up paying a deposit. Less than an hour later, I called to cancel, explaining that I felt forced and lacked proper medical information. I started calling the clinic on Tuesday, the same day I left, but was only able to get through on Thursday. During this time, my calls and emails went unanswered, and repeated promises of call-backs were not fulfilled. When I finally did speak to someone, the response to my concerns was dismissive, and a feedback call ended abruptly as soon as I expressed dissatisfaction.Eventually, I was able to get the cancellation processed, but I only received half of my refund, despite the “consultation” lasting less than two minutes and providing no meaningful assessment.Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and lacking in proper patient care or transparency. I would not recommend this clinic based on my visit.
They did not treat me fairly. I have severe psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I thought they would help me on same day but I got no support for a whole week. Even small blood test cost me a lot. I decided to go to my GP and they treated me straight away, they were the real heroes. This is not a clinic to safe people, only to make them suffer and become broke. Do not trust them.
Horrible. I saw dr. Hasna syed for acne, she barely spoke to me and didn’t ask me a single question that would help address my skin condition (not what I eat, my skin care routine, nothing at all). It seemed she didn’t want to hear my issues or give any advice, just prescribed me antibiotics without any information about myself. She didn’t even know when / what time I should take the antibiotics she prescribed, asked me to ask the pharmacist. Extremely bad service for the amount paid.
This dermatologist dr Charakida operated me for vaser and gave me an infection She works illegally with the Harley body clinic who is not a registered clinic This is very bad and you shouldn’t trust someone who works with illegal company possibly taking cash in hand but this is the police department job to investigate I’m very concerned and disappointed
