Absolutely super service. This was my first time using the site. The site is easy to navigate. placing the order is simple. delivery was on time and above expectations. prices were fair. communication from order to delivery was flawless. Thank you for your service.
Very poor customer service. They use a terrible courier who said that they attempted delivery but didn't. When I contacted Lookfantastic, they said that they had to take the word of the courier, even though I have cameras that show they never came near the house. They refused to help by even trying to contact the courier, though this was the third time this week that the parcel was delayed. They need to use a more professional courier, and they need to improve their customer service skills.
Delivery ! I am so impressed with the delivery time! I’m in the Republic of Ireland and my delivery literally took 2 working days. I am so impressed. I have always been so happy with LookFantastic and their delivery as well as their amazing products and variety. I’ve been a customer now for a few years and honestly I am just over the moon with the service. Thank you so much! I got my package right in time for Easter when I certainly didn’t expect it to be that quick!! :)
