I spent 109 euro on an order of mac cosmetics and checked my dispatch order to check if it was sent in multiple packages (it wasn’t). I recieved a box with one lip liner in it, this meant I was missing 2 lipsticks 1 blush 1 lipliner and the free gift that was included as I spent over 60 euro on the brand. The label on the box even said the contents were 6 lipliners in the shade Plum but I received 1 lip liner in the shade Stripdown. I got onto the live chat and the associate was nice and said that she ordered replacements for me and to look out for an email, but I haven’t heard anything yet. I ordered the original items on next day delivery as I needed them for the weekend but it’s looking unlikely that I will have them on time
