Awful Customer Service – Lost My Package!I ordered from Lookfantastic Ireland over two weeks ago, and my package is still missing. Customer service has been completely unhelpful—they don’t respond to messages, and there’s no update on my order. Extremely frustrating experience! I won’t be ordering from them again. Avoid if you value your time and money!
I ordered the yearly subscription box for myself and February box had a perfume quickly I received an email to say it will be in March box. It wasn’t. I sent a message on the app it was replied to straight away by Shannon who promised to send perfume to me straight away. Great customer service. Things go wrong but once they are fixed that’s the main thing
I received a faulty item. I contacted the CC Team and they seemed to be helpful and helped me with the return. Unfortunately, it turns out that the company they use for return only delivers consolidated shipments, and they are unable to even give me a timeline in which my return will be delivered to the retailer. It's been 10 days and I have no updates whatsoever. I contacted them multiple times (both the courier company and the CC Team) and received zero help.Not only did I receive a faulty item to begin with, but now I have to wait for an unspecified amount of time to even get a replacement.
