I have recently dealt with Lindokuhle Who responded super quick and resolved my issue quicker than i made my coffee 🤩I have been a customer of lookfantastic for few years now . I have never had any problems and if I had it was resolved straight away. They always replying straight away never ever did I had to wait 😀they just very good customer service and other companies should example from them
Christmas morning one of Santa's gifts was missing a product, contacted by discussion and wasn't expecting a reply for days but got a reply and sorted within 10 minutes thanks to Sphindile on the customer care team, thank you Sphindile for excellent service.
After two weeks of sending numerous emails and requests for an update I finally got work that it was out of stock.Some important details - the only way they reply (other than AI/irrelevant messges) is if you put a comment on social media. Then hey presto a response. But still the saga continued. Then they had the audacity to say I ahd not been charged when I had. Then getting a refund, for something they didn't even have took an age and more tortorous messages.Spend less time on social media posts and maybe figure out how to run business. AVOID!
As part of my order 635159807 made on the 27th of November I purchased a Living Proof Reveal Clean Hair Spark Joy kit which contained: Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo 198ml, Dry Shampoo 198ml and Living Proof Triple Bond Complex 5ml. I opened the kit once received and used the perfect hair day dry shampoo, however on the 17th of December when attempting to use the product for a 2nd application the spray is no longer coming out. At this date on the 17th of December I have offered to return the full bottle so it could be evaluated and replaced. I have since received a number of emails looking for pictures and more information but have still not received a satisfactory outcome - replacement of the faulty goods.I have bow been offered a refund of €12.82 for the kit which I purchased for €38.45 (not even a 50% refund). This amount does not adequately compensate for the faulty item I received, and it will cost me more to repurchase the individual item and cover shipping costs. Customer service have been completely unhelpful sending generic nonsense responses. I have been a loyal customer for many years but wont be using them again after this terrible experience.
Ordered weeks ago ( for a Christmas gift)No updates, and no delivery. Eventually had to send a msg via website, as emails were not being replied to.. Got a reply on the website YESTERDAY to say, if I didn’t have it by now, its lost in the post .. Cannot get the product now in time for Christmas. Very dissapointing service
Ordered on 4th Dec. Delay in dispatch. Got an apology. Estimated delivery date was between 12th and 14th December. When I checked tracking my order hasn't updated since 10th of December. I have spoken to 3 different customer service reps at this point. All telling me to check tracking. The latest message tells me that there's a "standard 30 day delivery". Yet according to website its 5-7 days. Very disappointing.
