I just wanted to write and say this company including Zanele and Millie were so so helpful in resolving my mascara that had gone missing. They were so speedy in their reply and sent a new one no problem! Really open and trustworthy and kind, will definitely buy from them again!!!
If I could give 0 I would. Customer services is abysmal. They seem to go out of their way to ask same questions / delay and drag out a resolution. This has happened a number of times….not just a once off. They sent me an incorrect item…I’m on my 10th message to try and return their goods that I didn’t order. And to get the item I did order. Apparently I can’t have that until I return the item they sent by mistake.
I received a faulty product as a Christmas present, only want to deal with the buyer directly which delayed things. Now the buyer is in touch and they are continuing to drag out the issue by providing incorrect information each time. Consistency of the agent dealing with the issue is a concern, whilst they are quick to respond, there are been 4 different individuals responding to each response I send with information. I'm still without a replacement product despite sending pictures. Very poor customer service standards!
Purchased a Christmas present for my wife (LED Facemask). By end of Jan several parts of mask had stopped working. Spoke with someone in customer support via their website, really unhelpful. Requested I sent it back for them to review before deciding what they would do (fair enough but I had sent images of fault, was not trying to pull a fast one).6 weeks on, and despite sending it back to them (via their chosen method of returns), still have nothing, and customer support team pretty much useless. Would try purchase elsewhere if you can.
I subscribed to 'The Box' before receiving the email about the free Welcome Box with new subscriptions in January. I assumed I missed out as had subscribed 2 days before but then customer service contacted me and said they had not sent it but it would go out. I was really impressed until no welcome box arrived. I thought it might come with my February Box but it didn't, so I contacted Look Fantastic. Then a ongoing saga of forms etc over about 2 weeks, to be finally told at the end that it was too late and they couldn't give me the welcome Box but would I like a £10 voucher. I was so frustrated that I declined and cancelled my subscription but it was after the 14 days so I now have the joy of continuing to pay LF until December despite my poor experience with them. It's a neglible amount but annoying when they seem pretty customer unfriendly in their practices. However, all the many different agents I spoke to were polite and professional in their manner.
If you're outside if the UK avoid at all cost. I. I'm in Ireland and packages consistently get lost, or more frustrating, they arrive with the product damaged and leaking and them only offer a partial refund even though I offer to returned it. This is after loads of emails - providing endless photos etc - which is a total time waste, and defeats the purpose of ordering online which is to save money. I've found Cult Beauty far superior, but they don't carry a particular brand I need.
I had an issue with a product I purchased for Christmas. Communication was very good with the customer services team and they were very responsive. Thankfully it has just been resolved by Nathan with the company Quality Compliance Team (Thanks Nathan!). I am very happy with the outcome and as a result it won't stop me purchasing again in the future or recommending to friends.
