I did not receive my order no. 685085961 ordered on August 9th. It is clear from the tracking information that I did not receive it. Despite this I have not been refunded because the company says they want to undertake an investigation with the courier. The failure of a courier to deliver is not my responsibility. I should not be left out of pocket and it has been a shocking customer experience after several years as a loyal customer . I have sent multiple requests for this to be resolved to no avail yesterday. I feel I am being held hostage by the company. I am now going to have to start a chargeback process with my bank to try to recover the funds
My order wasn't delievered and eventually customer service decided to do something about it and reordered it, 2nd order has not come either. Waiting on order since early July. Definitely would not order from this app. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Like fair enough sometimes things happen and order could get misplaced but twice! Not good enough.
Placed on order mid July, which never arrived. Had to chase customer service for 2 weeks before they agreed to send a replacement. Still waiting 2+ weeks for this one to arrive. Requested a refund as I’m clearly never getting my order & they keep pushing out the resolution date.
I placed an order on June 25th, 8 weeks ago. Order status is dispatched, still haven't received it. I've contacted customer service several times and they have been less than helpful sending the same scripted replies. Customer service is diabolical. Definitely would not order from this site again!
I’m really impressed with The Ordinary – not only are the products high quality and effective, but they also arrived super fast! Everything was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Ordered 5 products spending a Large sum of money and only received one of the items with no explanation when I got in touch with lookfantastic about this was originally told the rest will be sent out to me 2 weeks later got no update so messaged them again only to receive an email stating they won’t send me my products or a refund and are removing my account absolutely appalled by this horrendous customer service to not even attempt to fix the problem and just give me what I originally paid for absolute scam!
