I would never shop here again, I ordered and paid for multiple items from this company, to which they responded that 3 of the items were out of stock after they took full payment, they have since emailed me to tell they me the items arrived, but they haven’t, i have not received any refund, I have messaged them x3 on the help section of their website and app and have had zero response. Their customer service is appalling, they make it nearly impossible to contact them with any problems or issues and then dont even bother to respond to the “message” they allow you to send!Dont do it, go any other site,
Be careful with this company if you're in Ireland, I'm trying to get in touch with them and can't I bought wella hair products 8th December and still haven't reviewed them courier hasn't got the tracking number on board dates states they are due to arrive but nothing has come, take your money but products don't arrive so stay well away from them, my next step is now the bank to get my money back. Another scam company!!!
Order lost - supposedly by courier. However tracking never updated, it never shipped. I contacted them multiple times. And they then said half of the bundle / special price order were out of stock. They aren’t on the website. I have tried mailing multiple times EXTREMELY BAD customer service. Highly advise DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I ordered a birthday gift which is still processing through Irish customs a couple of weeks later. Presumed company was based in Ireland as it was a .ie website - should have checked. Could have got same product in Ireland. Won't use them again
