Worst Ecommerce experience I've ever had, I have been waiting for my order over 2 months while trying to talk with their customer service. They have been sending me standard template answer FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. On an order of over 80 euros they offered 5 euros to "compensate" that have not even been activated and I cannot use. Because after 2 months, THEY MARKED IT AS DELIVERED AND I HAVE TO RESTART THE PROCESS. Please find another place to buy.
This is the last time I'll ever order from this joke of a company. I swore back in 2020 I would never ever use this company again but after seeing their fragrance advent calendar I thought it's been 5 years, maybe they've redeemed themselves? As I suspected, they haven't . Ordered on launch day September 1st and it's now 19 days and they keep telling me different things. "Upon checking your order details, there appears to have been a problem during processing which has resulted in your order being stopped before dispatch." Or "I would like to inform you, that the item has released to the warehouse and is being prepped for dispatch". Their customer service is a joke sending silly automated responses. They clearly oversold the calendar because they're greedy and then didn't have enough stock. They're quick enough to take your money alright but no sign of the calendar! Will never ever order from this place again. How can cult beauty and space NK dispatch and deliver my calenders within the same week of ordering? This is why they're my favorite beauty companies. I'll be buying the spaceNK fragrance advent instead.
False Advertising 😡 I used to love ordering from Look fantastic but I am so annoyed with them I will not order with them again spend €100 on Elemis and receive a beautiful gift subject to stock the gift is out of stock WEEKS and they still have the offer up and people assume they will get the gift they won’t I emailed them and they said they would take down the offer they did not they are trying to trick customers to spend more money and do them out of a free girt also found them rude to deal with and wasted my time !
I've been shopping on look fantastic for ever! That's why it's even more disappointing having to write this comment... Everything is great as long as you are not facing issues with orders... One of my orders got stuck in GB with no updates for a week so i contacted customer service and got my order replaced and same thing happened... Been talking for over a week back na forth trying to get help. Have to deal with different person every time you write them, no one cares to check previous messages so have to explain situation to every single person, no one cares to investigate case property, after pushing for few days they told me order was lost by courier, both orders were lost?... Trying to get yet another order replacement and fingers crossed it's going to be delivered this time... I'm really disappointed with customer service considering how the situation was handled...
I placed an order with Lookfantastic on 21 July 2025 and received part of my order about a week later. One item worth €86.99 was missing, but I was told in an email that it would follow separately and I’d be contacted once it was dispatched.That follow-up email never arrived. Since then, I’ve contacted customer service several times over the last six weeks. Every time I receive the same copy-paste apology, but no concrete update, no delivery, and no refund.At this point, Lookfantastic has had my money for well over a month without providing the product I paid for. When I asked for a refund, my messages were ignored and I was sent another automated “sorry” email.This is not acceptable customer service and borders on dishonest practice. If a company cannot supply an item, they must issue a refund promptly, and not string the customer along for weeks with empty promises.I am now having to escalate this through legal and financial channels just to get my money back.Warning to others: please think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong with your order, you may find yourself in the same frustrating position, out of pocket, no product, and no real support from customer service.
ordered a nearly €400 worth order on the 9th of july and still have not received. lost the 1st package and the second and now the 3rd has also not arrived. terrible customer service zero help at all and refusing to give me a refund. do not order from them!!!!
