Ordered make up and a gift during the Black Friday start sales in November. Places the order the 23rd. The parcel was expected for the 3rd of December nothing came. Then I got straight onto the customer service. They then “dispatched” another of the same order and nothing came. Same again was meant to be delivered on the 16th of December gone by. Now they have finally gone for a third go of dispatching the order again. Will it be delivered by the 1st of January or will this one miraculously not be delivered? Tune in again for an edit. Otherwise I will be taking this further!
Fake parfum!!Ordered YSL Libre parfum, and the smell doesn't last even 2 hours:((( reached out to the CS, they said oh sorry there were no other complaints on your batch, we can't refund, its your personal preference. What a shame 🫠 Never again, just lost a customer forever.
Tried to buy Ariana grande perfume off the site for my Niece, site asked me multiple times at checkout to include “free subscriptions“ and to claim “free prizes”. Stupidly i ignored these red flags and continued on after declining several of these requests, luckily i decided to use a disposable card on revolut to pay and a few minutes after the order had supposedly been accepted and was on the way, i received a notification from revolut saying the transaction was cancelled because they attempted to #1 Save the card details and #2 sign me up to a subscription.So yeah, don’t buy from these mf’s 👍
Unfortunately i did not receive the products i ordered. The website listed a German address but it was coming from England to Ireland so possibly customs were an issue. There was no communication about the issues until i got an email saying they had recieved a return. It was quite disappointing as a few weeks had passed and it was a Christmas gift. I received a full refund from the company after a few days. I tried to complete a review for them but they said they wouldnt publish it. Be careful if your ordering from Ireland
I waited 20 days to receive my order and nothing came. They lost my order. Absolutely impossible to contact with them - wrote them messages, emails - no answer. Help center????? Spend a lot of money and received nothing. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Never ever in my life again. Prefer to pay more than to wait 20 days and receive nothing and no money back.
I ordered a led mask on Oct 25th. The order was never scanned and it wasn’t returned to the warehouse, so they sent out a replacement. The replacement is nowhere to be seen. They keep on sending me tracking links, the update is that it’s out for delivery, the delivery company keep on saying it’s out for delivery. Nobody seems to know where it is. Eventually I asked for a refund, and was eventually told I would get one. No sign of the refund, I message to ask about it and I’m told that the item is down as out for delivery. It is nearly two months since the order was placed. I don’t want it anymore, I want my money back. And the item is on my account as a past order, nothing to reflect that it has not been delivered yet.
