Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever came accross. There is no phone number to call and you have to wait 24/48 hours for a response. Every reply was very robotic and they never addressed the actual issue just gave the same answer every time. They took payment twice for the same item and I explained I only wanted one item, they charged me 4 euro to return and would not pay for a returns label, even though this was not my fault and a massive inconvenience. I decided to return the item in the end as it was worth nearly 70 euro and I couldn’t be out of pocket that much. They have recieved the package and I still haven’t recieved a refund or email to confirm anything. The exact same thing happened to my mam! They said they can’t place her return parcel and might need to take things further in order for her to get her refund. Absolute joke I will never ever order from this website again. I urge you not to either.
I purchased a perfume believing it was the female version, but unfortunately I received the male version. I requested an exchange within the 7-day return period and Lookfantastic approved it, which initially reassured me.However, when I tried to return the item, I found out that An Post does not allow perfumes to be shipped. This made it impossible to complete the return using the method provided. I contacted customer service to look for an alternative solution, as I cannot keep a product I did not intend to buy, but the process became very difficult and stressful.I believe the company should offer realistic return options for restricted items such as perfumes, for example collection by an authorised courier or a local return solution. Customers should not be left without support due to shipping restrictions in the country.This experience was very frustrating, because I followed all the rules and deadlines correctly, yet I was left without a practical solution.
I was so nervous to place my order due to bad reviews but the delivery was quick enough. Ordered on Thursday and received Monday. The only thing is it didn’t come with the supposed freebie that the app was showing when I placed the order.
