Review Time
Ordered products, paid for same, got a shipping number, date and time, then Nsmo cancelled my order 2 days before it supposedly was due in. No refund, just cancelled. Email from them said I asked for cancellation. My email shows no such request was made. Real bad communication skills from this company. Lost my trust with them.
Great compact product. Much more sturdy and solid than I expected it to be. The adjustable lags are nice but the unsung hero of the product is the adjustable “laptop” catchers that keep the laptop from sliding off the stand. You don’t have to fight them sticking up higher than the computer frame which is nice for typing.
What makes this item so good is I use it for my keyboard. I have always had a rock behind my keyboard but now I have this handy little gadget to lift up the keys and make it easy for this 81 year old lady to use the keyboard.
