I bought some Continental tyres from Lordgun and thought they were a great price. 2 1/2 weeks later I received a letter from Parcelforce demanding £70.76 in customs fees. I had to pay VAT, even though I'd already paid it. There is a complete lack of transparency in the pricing on the website. Custom fees are only mentioned in the small print.They reimbursed the VAT but I was still out of pocket. If you live outside the EU, do not use this website. The prices are dishonest and I'm sure this kind of thing would be illegal in the UK.

Received a broken bike over 3 weeks ago. Have send emails. Have send photo's. They only reply after a reminder. Need to repair the bike on own charges because they told me that the forwarder needs to reply first to the claim. You can't keep a customer waiting for over 3 weeks when he purchased a new expensive bike.
