I was looking for a Thule maxi yepp seat as the ones in US we’re sold out of sale items that were $200 on sale well I’m glad I came here to this website I almost didn’t believe it. Even with US shipping I got my Thule seat in the beautiful color green that only sale in Europe for $150 total. The shipping was 2 weeks and I will order again from this site.
Competitively priced, quick delivery considering this comes from Italy and clear explanations on what the maximum spend is to avoid import taxes. Tyres are genuine items and Lordgun offered the best price I could find on the web. Very happy and highly likely to order again from Lordgun.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over THREE months now. I already returned the items I ordered and provided all the required documents, but after they received the returns, I haven’t heard anything back. They still haven’t processed my refund, which is nearly £500. I even messaged them on their Facebook page, but they just read my message and didn’t respond.AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM AT ALL COST!

Beware when purchasing from this website. Despite it being a UK site and paying in £, a VAT import charge is added. Upon delivery your goods won't be handed over until the 'import charge' is paid (despite the value of goods being under the import threshold). The Lordgun support is non-existent, and the UK support number is transferred to Italy. Buyer beware, if your goods are on another site I would strongly urge you to purchase from there and not this site.[edited following reply from Lordgun]. The goods were dispatched from Shropshire, UK. I live in Surrey, UK. The goods did not enter or exit the EU, they just travelled down the motorways in England, no ferry, plane or customs officer was involved. When UPS refused to hand over my package until they'd had another £41.89, your support team did not help by email and my calls (to Italy from my mobile!!) were not answered. I was left to deal with your mistake by myself without your help or apology. My review is because you gave no support after the sale. Take the money and run (or cycle). That is not good customer service. Other people would have given in and paid the surcharge (and I expect a lot of your customers already have).
