CenterWell Pharmacy calls me 4–5 times a week. An AI system comes on the line asking to confirm my identity but never clearly explains why they’re calling or what they need. There’s no clear purpose to the calls.

When I call back to get answers, I have to enter all my information into the automated system — then repeat it again to a representative. Total waste of time.

I also get constant emails saying prescriptions were received, filled, or shipped — even when I didn’t request anything.

They charge $10 for “overnight” delivery but say it can take up to three days. That’s not overnight.

Very frustrating experience as a Medicare patient.

Would list zero stars if possible. I have spent the last two weeks trying to get my prescription. They have lied to my doctors office and me, telling us each different stories. I was able to provide documentation to the doctors office that Centerwell is lying and they are frustrated as well but they have my prescription locked in.

There are so many things wrong with the way CenterWell operates; delayed shipment, unintuitive website, terrible search algorithm / results for OTC meds and limited product availability. On the prescription side, I receive emails stating "For your privacy we have abbreviated the name of your prescription to the first 3 letters."
Then it lists the full name and strength of the prescription. I have to assume a bot is doing most of the online communication. GIGO. I don't see any way to post a screenshot, but I would if I could.
Glitch much?

When I checked on the Iphone App it told me that 3 of my prescriptions were canceled with no explanation I have now called this excuse for a pharmacy 6 times in the last month since switching to Humana The people who answer the phone are pleasant but it is not a part of their ability to fix the issue. It is now time for me to consider going back to either Optum or Amazon or even my local pharmacy

This woman put me on hold and waited me out...I hung up after 46 mins on hold! The wait times are abhorrent! This establishment needs to be shut down!

This is a horrible company and customer service is trash. Humana is connected to them and is just as bad. I was with them for a while and the customer service got worst every time. Don't waste your time or energy with them. They don't care about their customers or needs. The pharmacist, managers,
and representatives are very rude and feel like they don't have to answer your questions.

After transfer of a prescription from other pharmacy, had to be on line with 3 different persons for total of 50+ minutes and dropped the call in frustration. Asked my doctor to provide a new prescription to another pharmacy and got the medicine next day. So Humana should consider switching their mail order pharmacy elsewhere to more subscriber friendly.

When your order is delayed for bladder control and you have to go get depends because your pissing in your pants while your order is in process and it’ same story (Oh I’m so sorry) well that gets old. I have always got my meds from the Kroger store only a couple of miles from my home. The sensors for my diabetes has to be sourced thru Centerwell or another supplier and i asked my doctor on this order to add script together that I’m out of and to combined them all together. Big mistake which has now been chained back to original way i order my scrips. I have been in sales for a Caterpillar dealership most of my life and the worst thing to have is a bad review which always went up the chain. To many bad reviews and your career was over. Centerwell customer service is beyond horrible and needs an overhaul in product support. Im staying with Kroger Pharmacy they now my name when i walk up to the counter and best service ever.
