The Madison Dress (Blue) dress was absolutely amazing. Material is great quality - though would only recommend wearing it in cool and cold weather as it’s thick and in the midst of summer you will sweat.
Service of Loreta was questionable. Only an email address for communication and it was not prompt. Promises of exact posting date (when the dress was being sent) were passed without any update from Loreta. Only through my social media posts on their advertisement forced them to send the dress - 4 weeks after purchase.
I ordered a dress in September, as they claimed it would arrive that week. Fast forward to December, despite my repeated requests for express shipping in a size 10, the dress arrived in a size 12. Now, I have to cover the return shipping costs for an exchange, even though all email correspondence clearly shows my request for a size 10. The service quality has drastically declined since they first started. I own multiple dresses, but I now have no trust in their customer service or their promises. It feels like nothing but deception aimed at making me spend more.
