Terrible Experience

Terrible experience! I ordered well ahead of Christmas and never received my item. The tracking shows it is constantly leaving a port or airport in another country. I've given up on this gift. I won't use this service again.

Terrible experience with this service.

My experience with this service was terrible. I tried to cancel my order just 20 minutes after placing it, but they wouldn’t allow it and refused to provide a full refund. The most I could get was a 15% refund for a counterfeit item that was of very poor quality. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them.

Avoid This Seller

Avoid this seller at all costs! If I could rate it zero stars, I would. The customer service is appalling. I should have checked reviews beforehand, as the items are of very poor quality and not as described. To get a refund, you must pay for shipping back to another country, which is more expensive than the item itself.

Steer clear of this website! I regret not checking reviews sooner. The reviews seem fake and misleading. The clothing is not as advertised, and the quality is terrible. Their returns policy is nonexistent; to get a full refund, you have to return items internationally. It's a disgrace.
