AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THINGS GO WRONGMe and my pregnant wife booked a holiday to stay at Taj Atlas hotel in Marrakesh. Upon arriving it was absolutely nothing as described. In short, falsely advertised alongside multiple safety concerns. We did not even have working WiFi to contact anybody. Using someone else’s phone on the resort who did purchase a sim we managed to secure another booking after which we left. Upon safely getting to our new place, we made contact with LoveHolidays to explain the predicament we were in and guess what. They “can’t help” in recovering a refund because we left beforehand. We explained that we had no way of easily contacting them. We read a review that when that hotel received a complaint from travel companies they noticeably treated complaining guests more hostile. I could not take that chance in a foreign country with my pregnant wife with the place being in the middle of nowhere (unknown to us beforehand). Despite all of this, we spoke with a member of LoveHolidays team who could not be less helpful. Me and my family always used them for our holiday and had nothing go wrong with them but now that something has and I have seen how useless and unbothered they are in resolving genuine safety matters and getting us a refund we will not be using them again. AVOID THEM. No doubt there are better companies out there with much more care for their customers
