Extreme name change charge.
I could no longer attend a holiday that I had planned for my partner and I so decided to change the names on the booking to my parents names. Although, after reading online that it would be £25 and being told by so many others that it would be a similar price, I was charged all in all roughly around £500+ to simply change names, even after being made to jump through countless hoops. Overall ruined my thoughts on love holidays and most likely will not ever use again.
Booking process was very easy everything is offered on the website from private transfer to travel insurance, hotel and flights. Hotel that was booked for us was perfect, ideal distance away from the sites that we wanted to visit during our stay. Only downfall for me was the private transfer as the drivers to and from the airport drove their vehicles as if they stole them, no regard for safety whatsoever, but looking past it the booking as a whole was fantastic. Will definitely be looking at another holiday very soon.
I have never experienced such a stressful and frustrating process trying to book a holiday.
After multiple price increases, I reluctantly emailed to confirm the booking despite already being unhappy with how things had been handled. Within one hour of confirming, I received another email saying the price had increased again. I immediately called customer service, only to be told not only could they not help, but the holiday had gone up by another £100 on top of the previous increases.
At that point, I had no confidence left in the booking and told them to cancel it.
The constant price hikes felt completely unreasonable and made what should have been an exciting experience — booking a birthday holiday for my dad — incredibly stressful. Each time I tried to move forward, the price changed again. There was no stability, no reassurance, and no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation.
This has been one of the most negative customer service experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as the pricing felt unpredictable and the process was exhausting from start to finish.

Mercedes James was the best travel agent I could have asked for! Holidays were disappearing quickly because of a festival happening around the time we wanted to fly, but she still managed to get us a holiday in time and within our budget. She is honestly the best and even worked extra hours for us. The phone line even cut out, and she rang me back to help - others wouldn’t have done that! Such a sweet lady, all the best <3
the room was swept out daily the bedding was not changed for the entire of the two weeks, the bathroom towels where folded daily then put back on the towel rack. the shower head was badly rusting and not adjustable. the food was very poor, one of the trays of food looked like pigs swill. the "restaurant" is very similar to a 1960 canteen/ transport cafe, very old. you get reminded every day by the room cleaner that he has done your room it appeared that they want you to tip them daily "scrounging" is not needed. if you need to eat out it is a taxi ride away. there is nothing outside of this hotel. some people left a week early as they were very disappointed, best tip stay away. tour opperaters should check this out not just take money. however very pleasant if you speak Russian.
Easy to find and select a holiday from the well laid out information given. Quite simple to select personalisations for example room type and hotel grades, dining options etc. A good price comparison tool for those looking for the best deals for the same holidays. Options to select flight departure times and airport. Easy to add transfers, insurance and baggage options.
Overall and exceptional service and we picked a brilliant hotel in the cleopatra luxury in nabq Bay. Highly recommend love holidays and the hotel but avoid wizz air . No one seems to book seats like we did and its carnage with people trying to take your seat so they can sit together . People arguing and nearly coming to blows is not what anyone wants before or after your holiday
We stayed for seven nights at the Ramada in Tenerife. It was a fantastic hotel. It was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly. This was our second day after Ramada. I will be most definitely be visiting once again. It was a very enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone.
If I could give ) stars I would. I am still on hold to the fourth person I've been passed to and I've been on this call for 1hr and 7 minutes now. The customer service is beyond bad. I tried to upgrade my hotel on the website for a cost of £400. The initial message said it wasn't possible to do this online, but then was immediately followed by a screen that said I now had to pay well over £1000 to make the change. It also said it was confirmed. I called to complain and revert my booking and one hour later I'm still being passed from person to person. Yes, I know how dynamic pricing works, but you need to have a process where people acknowledge any upgraded amounts before you start saying it's confirmed! Especially when you have a screen saying the transaction isn't even possible immediately before. Beware, beware, this borders on fraud. (And I'm still on hold to yet another person) If there's a problem you should at leats be able to deal with it quickly and efficiently.
