I ordered over a week ago and have received no updates about delivery. A tracking number is crucial since this is a gift. Please respond to customer emails when they seek information. We don’t delay payment, so please don’t delay in sending the item we paid for.
I ordered on the 27th of November, emailed four times, and received just one response on the 3rd saying to 'bear with' due to Black Friday. Now it feels like I'm being ignored. I have no tracking number or indication of who is delivering. They were quick to take my money, though.
I made an online purchase and was charged, but I haven't received any emails from the store, no order number, and most importantly, no updates at all. This shop has provided zero communication. I plan to reverse the transaction through my payment service. I expect better communication for those spending their hard-earned money here.
I received my item today after ordering on 30/11. The package was sent by a reliable delivery service, which I appreciated. It took 6 days, and I received the correct item and size, so I'm pleased with that aspect. However, the order confirmation email lacked an order number or item description, which would be standard with reputable companies. If you order, be sure to screenshot your details to keep track. The company seems to want to do well, but it needs to improve to build customer trust and reputation. I can confirm it's a legitimate company, and I'm a happy customer, but I hope they can resolve their issues and improve.
I ordered on Black Friday and still have no order or tracking information. I emailed and got a response stating it was lost by the delivery service, but I haven't received any email about it—I even checked my junk mail daily. I provided proof and requested tracking details for a new order they claimed was sent, but still no tracking email has come through. I understand this is an independent business, but their ongoing promotions while unable to meet demand seem flawed. I'm still waiting on tracking info 11 days after ordering. I want to resolve this without asking for a refund or reporting them for lack of communication and failure to deliver goods. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
