I feel ripped off. Two years ago, the slowness of the text generation was just manageable, but now it's unacceptably slow. And my various complaints over the past few years have done NOTHING to help. Furthermore, I haven't noticed any improvement in voice quality in recent years, so Genny has now been overtaken on all fronts. I canceled my subscription and switched to a competitor. It's five times cheaper, 100, no, 500 times faster (seconds instead of hours), and has far fewer errors in UK English pronunciation.

Deceptive company. They sold a lifetime subscription for a text-to-speech project and then discontinued it. The new product advertises a free trial, but it’s misleading and wastes customers' time: you create content but can't download it until you pay. What kind of free trial is that?
