I contacted this company about fitting a "standard" shower head to my Aqualisa Varispray, as tha thread is a unique Aqualisa type. They told me the part I needed, which I then ordered, (order number 870641). When it arrived, it was the wrong part. I have been phoning this company, on and off for nearly two weeks now and never get closer than 9th in the queue. Their customer service is appalling, all I need is the correct part or just return this incorrect part.

I had never used NSS before but was impressed with the overall service. I needed some replacement push buttons for the handles on a Hansgrohe external bar shower - a small item but they had them in stock and were the best price I could find on line.I ordered the parts and they were dispatched that same afternoon by first class post. Royal Mail took a couple of days to deliver but I was very pleased with the overall service and on line communications from this company. I would certainly use them again.
