Review Time
I was a bit hesitant to play at lucky slots bc of the reviews here, but I did anyway. Ive used their customer service a couple of times now and they’ve always been helpful and prompt w answering. I asked about my redemption today and I was notified quickly that it’s approved and sitting in the queue. I’ll definitely play more now.
They got back to me fast and I’m hoping they allow me to redeem if so I’ll come back and change the star rating but Jeremy was very nice and I just hope I see my money soon it’s the whole verification situation that’s really why I gave 3 stars other then that I love the games
