Still no daily Sweeps Coins after multiple chats and empty promises

UPDATE: Thanks for reaching out and doing nothing ‘Ben’, I already left all my info for you to fix, now I’m still being treated as if I’m not a customer… I have sent emails to you and still waiting on a response since October 22nd. Terrible company.I am extremely frustrated with Lucky Slots support. After making a purchase, I was told I would receive 1 Sweeps Coin per day for 10 days. I followed the instructions exactly but received nothing.When I reached out again, support said I needed to be KYC verified, which I did, but still nothing happened. Recently, they finally “escalated” the issue and informed me that I actually need to make at least two purchases before I am eligible for the daily rewards—information that was never mentioned anywhere before.This has been a complete waste of time and money. Their communication is confusing, and it feels like they just give answers to make you stop asking. I will update my review if this is ever resolved, but right now I do not recommend this site.

Lucky slots is definitely underrated . I their games are fair , bonuses are decent and their payout isn’t supper quick but it’s quick . Also shout out to Stefan the customer service guy. He helped me and walked me through the trouble I had verifying my bank account and also responded quickly until I got it correct .They also have my favorite providers , playson ans 3 oaks , they could use some hacksaw but it’s a good honest casino . I gave 4 stars because they don’t have hacksaw

They will close ur account after winning for no apparent reason

They closed my account because I apparently had 2 accounts but how is that possible if they only allow 1 email and 1 phone number and this has been my only number for years That being said I bring it up to them more then once and they just say we will send u an email if we find anything else out and they never email me backNo it don't clarify anything u all told me u closed my account because there were 2 accounts with same number how is this possible?
