This “sweepstakes” casino is operating illegally by making you purchase in order to play. At first they lowered the daily reward from a dollar to .25 cents, then they took it away completely. There are no longer free coins and a way to play without paying which is not sweepstakes and is illegal in the US. I’ve heard most people don’t get their redemptions here either so I would stay away. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Advertise instant redemption. Everytime I redeem, it’s never instant. Customer support says there are delays due to payment provider issues or high volume of requests. This site has now become what you would call misleading advertisement. The chats are sometimes automated as I’ve gotten the same exact responses serval times . If you spend here please don’t expect INSTANT! Several ppl in the chat community are also waiting for redemptions and it has been several days for some. This is right out wrong of this platform.
Update 7/24/25Have been using this site quite a while now. Everything was ok, see below for issues with second redemption. Now today I did my 3rd redemption even though it hasn't even been 4 months from last one using same cards(already verified) they placed in pending I contacted support a bit after as debit redemption is always instant and told I needed to verify cards again did this at 12:20. Got an email and told they received them and should be updated shortly a 2pm yesterday. After being told multiple times its being processed and will be completed shortly since 2pm yesterday. At 7 asked about update and told card verification was completed and it would be done shortly nothing else would be needed it's now after 9am today(21hrs after redemption that's supposed to be instant) told at 8 it was in queue and would be completed shortly again for the 6th time and stated by end of day today. From all the new negative reviews I don't see this as happening. I had a few issues with my last one but never expected site to go downhill so quickly. By all other shortly being over 12 hours later then my bet is it's not going to be by end of day. It wouldn't be as irritating if they actually stated a timeframe for actual completion instead of just stating shortly 21+ hrs isn't shortly Have been using site for a few months now signed up not long after it popped up. Initially we were receiving $1sc, 10k gc, and a wheel bonus, now we get just the sc and gc daily, which doesn't bother me much. Debit card redemption is almost instantly there. Haven't tried other ones yet so can't attest to how fast those options are.Now why three stars.Customer service is not always helpful.Have sent live chat messages multiple times and only twice did someone come onto it others it went to email and got a generic response then a closed right after.1st redemption went great on second redemption they tried to say I had multiple accounts and I had to use first one I signed up with( when registering I clicked wrong Google email never went through full registration as I went back and selected correct one) took over an hour of back and forth even with screenshots showing that other email isn't even registered as when logging in it went straight to register page. They still argued back saying I had to use first one even though I had only ever used the one I actually finished registration on. I asked them to transfer funds then as I e only ever used the one. They said no and got real rude stating I forfeit it as I made multiple accounts even after providing proof only one account was registered. They continued to argue so I told them fine I'd be filing complaints and disputing all charges as I had just dropped money into account. They finally fixed it and haven't had issues again yet. But was still annoyedSecond is the threshold for level ups is ridiculous when only sc counts towards level points. At least other sites have it set like $1sc for each point and 100k gc for a point.Third is I love having missions but they keep getting more and more ridiculous, like today's has 4, first one requires 100 spins played at .40($40) for 3 FS(which are always lowest value so .90 in spins), 2nd is 150 spin @ .40(60) for 7 FS($2.10), 3rd is 200 spins @ .40($80) for 10 fs($3). Then last is to spin through $150 sc to get wheel bonus where values aren't even worth 1/10 of what was spent to get there. Utterly ridiculous.Now if it wasn't for these issues this would be a 5⭐ rating.

Someone created an account with my information, somewhere!??! Apparently they said it was fully verified which in this day in age anything is possible nothing surprises me. In 12 hours someone stole 9 grand from my bank account. The company then has the nerve to say that im responsible for anyone on the account. I didnt make it number one, number two they are absolutely not interested in helping me. If you are a user of this site, dont use it because there is probably some inside scheme happening where they can steal people's information and rob them. Watch out!!
I reedemed days ago and they keep saying they are having a issue with there payment povider and its a delay but its been days and they keep saying the samething and they also made me reverify my debit card for the redemption after ive already reedemed to it before and verfied it smh still yet to get redemption
