If I could leave a review without giving at least 1 star, id give negative 10 Stars! This is the most fraudulent gaming platform I've ever experienced. I cashed out my winnings & waited patiently for several days & when nothing ever deposited to my bank account I contacted them via their poor customer service chat which then they tell me they need more proof of identification so I sent that in. It took weeks for the status if that to go from pending to complete. I contacted poor customer service chat only to be lied to once again say that it was completed on their end and deposited to my back account on whatever date which was a lie and I needed to contact my bank which I did and if course, nothing! Lucky slots then said they need me to upload a copy of my Bank statement showing that they hadn't received it and I did that and I still haven't gotten my winnings! I contacted useless support via chat and they said it's been completed on their end. I keep getting the run around. I'm done begging only to be lied to. Don't waste your time playing this fraudulent scam with these unprofessional con artists. I cashed out on May 24, 2025 and as of today 7/3/2025 still don't have my winnings nor an explanation or answer!
Everything seemed fine when they opened I got my bonus and everything. I deposited a few times then when I tried to redeem they keep canceling and then wanted me to re-upload my bank card then they wanted a bank statement then they wanted me to upload a card I don't even own and never even seen. Do not play here don't waste ypur time or money!
Made several purchases the day I opened my account and won a nice jackpot. Coincidentally, that same night my debit card was hacked and I had to cancel my debit card. I contacted their live chat and explained the situation and I was told to do a redemption to my bank account that the card was linked to. I did and it was denied.I contacted live chat again and explained the situation and was told to upload a bank statement in order to proceed with the redemption. They denied my documentation with the reason it was not requested even though the live agent requested it. I have all of the screenshots from the live chats.I did read the terms and conditions and it states the redemption must be made back to the original form of payment whenever possible. However, since my debit card was used for a fraudulent transaction I had to cancel it or let them drain my bank account.I have reached out to support 5 times now and I am being ignored.
Scam. Took funds and refused to refund me or pay my redemption. didnt tell me what tos i violated. I told them i would verify all my cards, my id, bank, whatever they needed and they ghosted me. Not sure exactly what i did for this to happen. You might get a few payouts until this inevitably happens to you.
Lucky I can't give them zero stars . Everything was going good until I went to redeem my winning as soon as I clicked redeem it logged me out and locked my account. I contacted support and they tried telling me I have multiple accounts. Granted I just made this account 2 days before so why would I create another account . So basically I got screwed out of my winning plus the money i put on . Don't ever use this site they find ways to close your account so that they don't have to pay you. Scam site
I'd give 0 stars if I could. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE. My husband and I both signed up. I signed up first I referred him I never got the referral bonus. Ok no big deal. He spent 75$ on this site and won 2500$!!! It was a blessing... so I thought. When he went to redeem they closed his account "suspected fraud" reopened it a day later after begging support. Tried to redeem again "suspected fraud". They said he violated terms of the site by creating two accounts.... he only has one account. He never created two. Only learned this after FIVE days of emailing and messaging some random people on facebook. They didn't care just kept repeating the same generic lines "so sorry we know you're frustrated but there's nothing we can do". If they closed his account for "violating terms" why did they open it just to close it again. Because they wanted him to blow through it gambling more. Save your money take it somewhere else . . Sure you might get a few 100$ "instant" payouts. But the minute you win big you won't see that money. Total scam artist. Oh! And when I tried to post screenshots of the crap my husband went through on their Facebook they suspended me from the group and denied my post.
They will take your money but will not let you redeem. Then support will give your he run a round. This site had so much potential but they dropped the ball and they chose to be one of the bad sites instead. DO NOT PLAY HERE!
