Simply not occurred casino at first they were giving me a dollar as sc coins and told me based on performance missions and etc I couldn’t get a simple sc coins but customer service sucks and the games are rigged

New player at Luckyslots.us and with the verification process in order to redeem is what made me look up reviews for this site. I guess i should have done that prior to joining the website. I’ve given them so much verification documents, more than twice also, but am still being told that they need MORE DOCUMENTS!!! At this point, I’m concerned about the fact that i have given them MORE then ENOUGH information to be verified. Time to start canceling some cards and getting different account numbers with as much information that i have given them. No redemption after it all.

I was pretty happy with LuckySlots for…

I was pretty happy with LuckySlots for a short period of time until I tried to play some more slot games after redeeming $100 about a week ago, the redemption took about two days to receive, but I did get it. I then deposited $30.00 of my own funds shortly thereafter and when playing the slots nothing was hitting and I lost the $30.00. I then took some time away from Luckyslots and just recently tried to play some slots again and the slots were not populating. Before logging in I kept receiving a message that my IP address has been restricted due to location verification issues when this had already had been confirmed and verified previously. I reached out to customer support and first they told me the site was under maintenance and to try back later which that didn't work. I then reached out to them multiple times with the same issue and they had me complete some steps to try to resolve the issue which did not work. They then told me that my IP address was showing as located in New York which is one of the states that LuckySlots cannot operate in, how can that be when I am located in Arizona. I confirmed my residential address through the verification process successfully recently and was able to play and redeem. Now I cannot even do that, luckily I have not deposited any other funds recently because they would have been lost. Customer Support is useless. The issue cannot even be resolved, so my next step is to file a complaint with the BBB for further investigation if this cannot be eventually resolved through LuckySlots themselves. All other casinos/sweepstakes are working for me.

Well I am a bit puzzled by all the negative reviews and it kinda makes me a little worried that maybe my experience was a fluke and I expect something to go wrong BUT I started playing this game a few weeks ago and it was ok, no jackpots to speak of so no real communication with support. Well yesterday I hit $500.00 so I tried to redeem and they needed me to verify so I sent them the 3 pcs they asked for and within 15 minutes I get an email stating I am fully verified so I redeemed the $500.00 and I thought OK, Here we go :) I opted to have it deposited on my debit card and I kid you not, less than an hour later my Phone vibrated and I looked and it was my Bank! The funds were already there!!!!! I was shocked !! It gets better so I play a little more and hit again !! I redeem and within 5 minbutes it was in my account!! Well I can say so far I love this site and I hope it stays great!!

Scam Sweeps Casino

I verified through KYC on 7/26 and was approved. I deposited using by credit union debit card and purchase went right through. I won about $100 and requested redemption and this is when everything went to sh*t. I have provided my credit union bank statement, statement of transactions and multiple screenshots repeatedly and support is worthless. I am giving them exactly 12 more hours before I dispute the charge and report them as fraud. I will also update here with all “support” communication (if you can call it that).

This was my number one new platform…

This was my number one new platform until tonight. I had a small issue with a redemption which was quickly resolved this morning. I go to login tonight and I attempted what I thought my password was twice and it got locked. So, I contact support and they close my account because I stated someone maybe trying to hack accounts since people do have cc numbers on their accounts. I spend thousands of dollars with this company and this is just ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLAYING THIS PERIOD .

terrible stay away!!!

cancelled my redemption and took away my 200 sc winnings because of violation of terms and conditions section 5.19 making multiple consecutive purchases solely during promotional periods with the intent to accumulate bonus currency, without reasonable gameplay activity. ive been using this account since they opened the site plus i’ve redeemed before no problem and yea they have promotions going on im gonna buy packages im not a big spender on slots and they gave me free spins so i dont understand save yourself the headache and stay far away

Fraud site

Fraud site - They withhold winnings, and selectively cancel redemptions for folks who purchase bonus/promo offers. I purchased several of the 50% extra offer during the first week. I won. They cancelled my redemption, and removed the winnings from my account. They called it promotion abuse, and sent a vague clause from their terms and conditions. This site is operating under VERY shady practices. I asked them for a refund, since they cancelled the redemption. They aren't willing to issue a refund. This site won't last very long, operating in such a shady and dishonest manner. You are better off using legitimate sites - Fortunecoins, Stake, Luckyland, Golden Hearts. STAY AWAY from Luckyslots. This is a shady casino site.

I have a pretty good experience

That's not my experience with lucky slots I've had a pretty good experience I will say that I won $100 and my withdrawal only took 10 minutes via my debit card and also one critique I would give which is why it's four stars is I played book of '99 and won on it and then whenever I went back to go play it again it was gone everybody in the chat says that it's still there but it's not there for me so I just thought that was kind of weird
