The item never arrived. The company claims they aren't responsible, while the shipper sends me back to them. I have not received a refund or replacement, and there's no sign of the package being at my location. I'm extremely frustrated about losing my money.
The dresses I received were lovely and fit very well. The return process for those that didn't work out was super simple. I haven't received my refund yet, but the paperwork indicates it may take up to two weeks. I would recommend these dresses to anyone in search of them.
