The team is very reactive, professional, and easy to deal with. I also really appreciate that they have an in-house doctor available for medical guidance and referrals, which adds an extra layer of reassurance.

I purchased travel insurance with Luma for the SE Asia trip, Dec 1-Jan 15. The cost was very reasonable. At the end of the trip, I got some sort of respiratory issue and received treatment in Bangkok. I submitted my claim to Luma. The payment and process were flawless, and I received reimbursement very quickly.
I bought Inpatient health insurance for myself and my family of 4 members in 2023. There was no clame from our side and that is why the following year they gave me a discount of Bath 5000 . Interesting thing is they sent me reminders 3-4 times to renew the policy for the yr 2024/25 which I finaly did.In 2025 they sent me renewal offer adding 34% increase that too after no claim discount of 5000 bath.I wanted an explanstion for such increase and they used the excuse of more claims by others policy holders which doesn't make sense.My deadline of renewal is less then 6 days but no reminder from them like last year.Bottom line is as i have touched 60 and my wife will be touching 51 they are trying to discourage us to renew the policy by increasing the premium to 33%
