Not as described, poor customer support.

This product is disappointing. The Bluetooth doesn't work, Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting, and apps and internet speed are slow. The website claims a 90-day return policy, but customer support vanishes when you mention it. They will accept returns only if you cover the costs of postage and taxes. I would recommend avoiding this as it seems like a scam.

Awful experience

Wouldn't give it a star in all honesty, poor product, cheap plastic non durable keyboard and mouse, poor customer satisfaction, cost too much to return to China, kept offering 15% compensation. Be aware and do not purchase.

Scam operation

I must be honest I have not bought one of these. I left my iPad on a plane and after three weeks have heard nothing from the airline. So I looked online for suitable alternatives. I found this one that got glowing reviews from one reviewer. Fortunately I checked Trustpilot before buying. I am glad I did! I tried emailing the reviewer and it just bounced back. Clearly the whole thing is a scam.

Can't plug it in

Can't plug it in - because I've been given a Euro plug, in Australia. And doesn't charge with any other charger that I've tried. So does it even work? Who knows. Contacted support and they told me to buy a plug converter. Really poor experience, and I suppose I'm likely out my money as well.

Fake UK company

Fake UK company. Tried to cancel the order immediately but the company claimed shipping was automated and could not be stopped. Nowhere does this website state that this is a Chinese company.Trying to return the item but they are trying to charge me for shipping and import costs to China.Avoid at all costs.

Tried to cancel order next day only to be informed that shipping was automated so could not stop shipment. No accessories sent. Battery life is appalling - only lasts 1-2 hours, even when not in use. I believe this is a URL Fake Shop who try to steal your personal info and your money. Unable to contact them as emails do not go through. AVOID.

Total rip off operation

Total rip off operation. Tablets are some hacked old tablets which show android 13 but are really old redundant tablets nicely wrapped up. Managed to get my money back through Barclays chargeback mechanism

Do not even consider.

The tablet is of poor quality and didn't support many of the basic apps I use.When I asked for a return address so I could get a refund it took 4 emails,after returning the product at my expense of AU $50 I supplied a tracking number,upon it being delivered i requested my refund that's when the emails stopped being answered.15 emails have been sent in total the last 5 have gone unanswered. I now have no tablet and out of pocket $350+.I would never recommend or do business with this company.
