Subpar products and unhelpful customer service

I researched dashcams before ordering one as a gift. After placing my order, I grew suspicious about the company. Further research revealed poor product quality. I requested to cancel the order, but they refused. Customer service was rude and dismissive when I raised concerns about quality. The product arrived looking cheap. My husband found a better quality dashcam elsewhere for less. I wanted to return the product, but the return fees were excessive. I cannot recommend this company or their products.

I was unable to get the camera door…

I was unable to get the camera door bell to connect to my WiFi. Requested a refund and return and to the seller's credit they replied straight away and the refund appeared into my account the next day. 1st class service.

Will only refund if you pay overseas postage and taxes

Doorbell wont connect with my phone, patiently tried every fix, several times over several days, asked for help, told to send evidence of problem, sent video showing it would not connect "Device offline" they said that its was all ok, asked how it can be ok when it won't connect. So ok refund me, only if I send it back in perfect condition (no problem only took out the box and tried), but I pay the secure tracked postage to Italy, I pay any taxes that it might incur as we are no longer in the EU and provide a tracking number, which will cost at least half if not all of what I paid for the none working crap doorbell, total scam, stay away from this rubbish company.

I place an order with this company for a walking aid. It was a xmas present for a friend. However, I found out he passed away on the 2nd Oct. I emailed the company on the same day asking the company to cancel the order. Within a short time LjumenVira emailed me and refunded the payment.1st class service and would be happy to deal with them again in the future. Well done.

Ordered a wireless camera door bell on the basis that it would be delivered in 5 to 10 working days.Now 14 working days , still not received!!.They now e mail to say it will be delivered within max 10 working days. Please do not use this company, they should be ashamed.£50 wasted .it is now 22nd Nov 2025, still not delivered. They are still saying will be delivered in 5 to 10 days?Now quoting delivery 27.11.25. !!23 DAYS AFTER PAYING FOR IT on 04.11.25. Please do not use this company.24.11.25 Just had a message from them saying order not placed till 14.11.25. Order was made 04.11.25 and my bank account debited that day. 20 days ago. Companies who tell lies like this , should not be trading.
