Review Time
Bought the wifi extender from this company. Of course, it didn't work as per previous reviews ( I should have read here first) and I emailed support . The gave me some tips and advice but having worked in the Tech industry for 30 years, I knew something was up. No matter what I did this would not work correctly. A few more emails requesting RMA and address etc and I was give the "its busy and delays" email and offered 30% discount. I pointed out that 30% discount was great but even if it was 90% , the item did not work and I wanted a refund. Their web site states (when you go digging) that I would need to pay a 20% restock fee which I queried.Rep was actually helpful, hence the 2 stars for her alone, and gave me full refund.Given their language and phrasing, I feel that this company is drop-shipping inferior, cheap products from a UK warehouse with returns to Europe, but they are actually Chinese. Expecting tart reply but this is how it appears
