I am really pleased with face mask, only used it 3 times in couple of weeks and people have started to note the difference in my face. I feel it is lifted. It arrived for me within 2-3 weeks which I believe its reasonable. More important it deliver results, it promised for. That's more important for me rather than delivery time or customer services because they are additional factors.
Ordered end of November arrived early February. That does seem a bit slow but on the plus side I received plenty of messages advising of shipping progress. It seemed to get held at customs for example. I can’t speak to its quality yet - packaging looks fine- but for those waiting for delivery hang in there it’s an imported item and takes its time.
