A scam company. No one knows their address, but they might operate from Hong Kong. Package arrived from Germany, but has nothing else to do with that country. They are totally out of reach. EEC couldn't locate them,but there was a link to Hong Kong.
I Bought a hoover from them. It wasn't anything like they promised, totally rubbish, so I wanted to return it, which is my right since I notified them within 14days. They refused to give the return address and were coming up with all sorts of excuses and telling me I can't return it since I used it, posting it won't be safe, only the motor was faulty, they could send a new one (which would have been no good either),I had no rights etc. etc. Luckily I had bought through Klarna and after 2months they decided I don't need to pay for the hoover. The company got absolutely furious and still hassles me and threatens with legal actions. They say I have no right to not pay, this will harm my credit details etc. and they are hoping to resolve the matter in peaceful fashion. Just wodering what they are going to come up with next with their non-peaceful actions.
If you have already bought from here, and have trouble, please contact consumer rights authorities. Maybe they can do something if they get enough complaints about this company.

Company charges your account BEFORE you've received the order. Website indicates that company is national, but production appears to be in China. If you return the item (untouched), they won't reimburse your payment. Their customer service consists of a bot, that doesn't know how to answer your questions, other than telling you to "be patient".
I've ordered a vacuum machine and after I saw they are scammers, within an hour i canceled the order and sent them a message to support not to send it. This was on Sunday, and Monday morning they wrote me that they sent in anyway, but the shipping company notified me later, so obviously they didn't send it. I didn't even pick up the package so it was sent back and after more than a month they wrote an email that shipping cost were 1/3 of the price almost of the actual item (400dkk). This is obviously a major scam.
This is a dropshipping Chinese company disguised as finnish. I ordered a humidifier for dry air in winter and i am still waiting aftwr 3 weeks of not getting anything. I made a reclamation through Klarna, and hopefully my money will be back soon.
