The audit planning was excellent. We knew exactly what we would face and when. This helped us in the last phase of preparation - the psyching up for a 3 day grilling! We were well prepared for ISO 27001 where details are key and I was really pleased that the auditor was able to see this and was consequently able to reduce the direct interaction with us. So the grilling was more of a light toasting! The audit went really well and I would recommend Tempo to all SMEs.
Working with Tempo made the process of ISO 27001 certification easy to digest and deliver. The team were collaborative and approachable, and the process of a virtual audit with regular check ins made it easier to manage with other workloads. The transparency of what was being covered and when, and support post our stage 1 audit made reaching certification that little bit easier.
