Ordered the free trial then I've been trying constantly to cancel my subscription but luvost are continuing to take different amounts from my account and I can't stop them,been to the bank but they tell me to contact the company which I have done over 23 times and getting nowhere can anyone help me
I ordered a FREE bottle of Mullein extract online through an ad on Facebook. I was charged $36 and it came out of my account anyway. Yesterday, 3 weeks later, a further $136 came out for absolutely no reason at all. I now have to close down my bank account, open a brand new account with some other bank and arrange for my weekly pay to go in there, instead of this account where you guys seem to have access to my funds. LUVOST are complete 100% SCAMMERS.
Be aware, this is a scam. You got your first product, and you are enrolled on a subscription. You will act as a meticulous proofreader or editor, with no login or anything. I was waiting for my first order for over a month. Then they were sending the product every two weeks, with an email containing just the order number. I have managed to email customer service to cancel the subscription; they cancelled it, and then, two weeks later, to my surprise, another order was sent. I request a refund, and 20 emails later, still nothing. I got advice to block my card or to transfer my funds, haha. Joke, not a company.
SCAM ALERTThe $1 Dollar Trap:This company had a $1 ad with no commitment. I ordered falling for this trap and they charged $114 at least 4 times. I sent them an email and they said they have cancelled but few days after they again charged $121. Please don't fall for this trap. Quality of the product:The quality of the product was absolute rubbish. It was merely a sweet syrup with massive claims on it. Its a scam business. STAY AWAY!!
I ordered a items on the trail over 9 months ago but I never received anything.I've emailed the multiple times to cancel the subscription they said I had and was told it was cancelled. Yet they have continued to try and charge me monthly $80. Then tonight tonight 11:50pm they tried charging me $120 for a subscription I was told was cancelled over months ago.
