I have not received my refund. I’ve emailed you numerous times and I say it’s gonna be coming. It’s been over a while now and nobody’s got back to me. I left my phone number which is 909-851-2604 and nobody calls me and I’ve emailed you people. My next step is to call Costco’s corporate office to see if they can help me out.

It was pretty easy but it would have been nice to be able to reach someone to answer our question when we first set this up. It turns out we had to have them send 2 kits because no one was ever available to ask about a spec change.
