Product delivered was different. What I got was unbranded and described as a ‘7 color beauty device for face and neck’. When I queried this I was put under pressure to try it, which I later learnt would have invalidated my return guarantee. I had to insist on a return and quote my consumer rights to get action. I used recorded delivery and they claimed they hadnt received the return and couldnt find the tracking number. It was only when I told them it was signed for and gave them the name of the signee and insisted it had been tracked, that they refunded me. This company needs to be avoided as the product you get is not what is advertised and they try hard not to have to refund.
So, I have been using Lux Cove for several weeks now. I was v sceptical when I got it, particularly as there were a number of negative reports on social.First, the device arrived at my house about a week after order ( about what I would expect), It was packaged properly, it was in full working order, It does have seven light settings, there was a small instruction booklet and it was in English.Does it work?I use Cove, every night on cleansed skin. I usually use it in conjunction with my night serum or oil. I apply night cream over the top of this afterwards, I use the device for about 4/5 mins on a purple and red setting. I use upward and outwards sweeping motions.Immediately after the treatment there is a noticeable tightening on my skin, my face looks toned and eye bags really diminished, So it’s perfect just before you go out. Longer term, by the end of the day, I have noted a slight return of skin slackening and eye banging, However, nothing like as bad as normal, also, unbelievably, my jaw line is much tighter, double chin almost completely gone which is amazing and I didn’t believe could happen. The Cove is easy to use, seems to work and in my opinion well worth the money. If/ when it breaks I will be re ordering and I strongly recommend it
