I received this item, I emailed you straight away to say the item was faulty. I charged it, fully charged and it stops with 1 second. I haven't even tried it on my face, as it is faulty and the button on the device isn't position properly. I asked you to replace it, offering to send this one back. However you choose to ignore my message.
Really nice to use, has 7 different settings and lights up different colours, easy to use - just keep pressed down on your face for it to continue, it stops when it loses contact. Been using a few weeks and seems to be helping/ seeing improvements. Would recommend.
I purchased this item over a week ago, I did not receive any confirmation of the purchase or when it would be shipped. Have not received the item! I emailed the day after as thought it was weird I didn’t get any confirmation when the money has been taken. Heard nothing back at all? Would not recommend
