The product you receive is exactly as advertised

I was informed it could take a few weeks to arrive. Lux Cove allows tracking your order so I knew the date it would arrive. It arrived on day advised.The product was exactly as advertised. The only issue I would say is the lack of information o n the booklet provided. I couldn't see Lux Cove anywhere on the box which made me suspicious of it being a fake product. The results are slow but it does seem to make a difference in my neck and joules. I've only used it for 3 weeks so didn't expect a huge change.It is also quite a relaxing experience using it.

I’ve bought a face mask, won’t refund

I’ve bought a face mask. I’m not sure if it’s charging properly, either way I want a complete refund. I paid £10 extra for a refund guarantee. I’ve asked so many times for a refund without success. They keep saying take a video. They just don’t get it, I want a refund.
