Ordered the Lux Cove and when it arrives it wasn’t vibrating as it should. I contacted customer support and had an almost instant response. They asked me to send a video to show them the issue and acknowledged that it was faulty and arranged for a replacement. What excellent customer service! My new Lux Cove arrived last week so it’s early days of using it but my face does feel lovely after each facial massage.
I’ve only been using the device daily for two weeks. At the moment I have not found any difference to my lines. However my cheeks feel so warm after each treatment. I will persevere for another month to see if there is any difference. I’m not expecting miracles, just finer lines.
