The device only holds a charge for 5 minutes, while the recommended usage is 20 minutes, and it's advised not to use it while charging. Not much can be accomplished in 5 minutes!

Used it twice and it's stopped working

I've only used the device twice, and it has already stopped vibrating. There’s no way to reach the company. It feels like a cheap device from overseas with some flashy lights.

Product fails within 2 weeks

The product didn't even last 2 weeks! The original broke, they replaced it, and now that one's broken too! I requested a full refund, but they only offered 40% back while expecting me to keep the defective item. If I return it, I have to pay for shipping and it must be in 'good condition' – are they serious? It's broken! Don’t waste your money!

Read this or be naive and risk losing money

I don’t know what’s going on but I read another person review seems like same thing happened. I received a machine that doesn’t say lux cove on it and does not allow you to change the heat ems or led setting accordingly. It only allows the light change. So it made no sense when my blue light was on heat. Then I tried to return it and found out it’s so expensive to send it back to uk as I’m in Canada. I also was told that I had to provide video to explain why I wanted to return and a picture…also now they are saying it’s NOT their machine! and I have myCredit card showing I paid 103$ fromLux cove. Also they take long to respond can’t talk on phone with a human being. I basicallyGot scammed. I did some research and found the machine I DID receive on Amazon for 25$! …so I don’t know what’s happened but some compensation would be appreciated. This should be on a socialMedia platform or someWay to show people not to get this product or its a risk financially and lux cove maybe you should know what’s happening I’m stillConfused on the entire situation.

I have bought this as a gift for my sister, but I'm sure she will be made up with her Lux Cove.I have charged it up and it is working perfectly. Very happy with my overall experience. Took a little longer to get her than I had anticipated, but I was kept up to date with where my package was, and delivery was within the time scale estimated and I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. Thank you
