I’m a very proud installer for LuxpowerTek inverter in Zimbabwe & Botswana since May 2023I have put up more than 50+inverters Good after services support.Have only had issues with only 1 inverter out the rest I have installed which was then replaced for a new one.
Update with more info after your reply:---------Serial No is 2181006176The person dealing at your end is Kabyo｜小开My Installer who is trying to get a replacement St John Gilbert from Kew Solar.Support ticket number is 5170 Thanks.--------Stay away from their inverter. I'm waiting for my fourth replacement after three have stopped working in just two years. The worst part is that they are replacing with a REPAIRED one instead of a new one.They replaced one in October and it stopped working after couple of weeks.Stay away from this company.
