I ordered glasses which when they arrived I realised they were not sprung. Every time I inclined my head, they slid off. I have contacted the Company twice to either arrange a sprung replacement, or to receive a refund. They haven’t even had the decency to respond! I will return to my usual supplier which has excellent Customer Service….
Bought 3 pr black ones great but 1 of the grey ones are out if shape and sit crooked on face so usless to return would cost mire that the pr and as i am house bound be a lot of problem.. Would be happy if they would send iut a replacement for that pr.!! Please
Received my order of 3 pairs of reading glasses. One pair faulty and unusable. Sent email message requesting the issue resolved and was ignored. Won’t be using the company again.EDIT: the customer service team reached out and apologised to have not responded and were extremely supportive with arrangements for a replacement pair that arrived very quickly.
I looked at lots of companies as I wanted to try and find a decent quality pair of blue light reading glasses without paying a fortune, especially when buying over the internet (so you can’t try them on). Luxreaders hit the right style and quality for my budget and the customer service (postage etc) has been excellent. Overall I am very happy with the glasses but my only point would be they are slightly big on me and as they are plastic without nose supports they tend to slide down my nose. This is just an observation not a criticism (as they are also more comfortable than those with the nose pads) but I think to have the choice of a metal frame or smaller size would have been a welcome addition.
Took long time to arrive ..quality was awful. Paid £29 but they were so flimsy and cheap ... no better than cheap readers you buy in supermarket. Really disappointed so sending them back....update:- tried to return them using the prepaid label but the post office doesnt recognise the returns label. There is no barcode and wanted to charge me over ten pounds to return them if i paid which i didnt as the glasses cost £29. Having read other reviews it seems people do not receive the refund anyway. Stinks of a scam to me

Luxreaders is a Danish company with roots in Copenhagen. The company is founded with the ambition to digitize the purchase of reading glasses and end up with the notion that reading glasses is a necessary evil that must be boringly designed and poor in quality. Therefore, we have done our utmost to produce some reading glasses, where both design and quality are top notch while they are still affordable.
We’ve many years of experience from the optical industry and have therefore closely monitored how the market for reading glasses is largely driven by gas stations, supermarkets and the like. These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected. The result is bad and ugly reading glasses in poor quality. We want to change that!
We have a large range of stylish prescription glasses for men and women. 1 pair for £3 and 3 pairs for £59 with shipping included. Buy it no29See more
