during my visit to Portugal i purchased two sim from lyca. it was great help and connectivity thourgh out our trip from Porto to Albufeira.it was help from Tresha to get us disconitnue service so that we are not billed in future,great woork.
Excellent Company to do Business with. They know how to solve your problems. and the Bundles are a good price. You get a Discount for 3-6- or 12 months. They are an Honest Company. The Bundles are cheaper than MEO and NOS Etc. Lyca Mobile does not have TSI Tariff Social Internet only MEO-NOS-Vodafone have it because they are Portuguese Mobile Operator.
It's nice option to have a prepaid SIM card with big amount of data included. I was impressed with it and ordered another SIM to my wife. This is where the troubles begun. I inserted the SIM card and expected it to work flawlessly. But there was no Internet bundle I paid for. The support works awfully. I wrote them email – no reply. I contacted them via chat – they said to wait 1-2 days for resolution. After that the resolution was – please pay for a bundle! W T F ? I paid for it already and just want it to work. And now I need to wait another day or two while they review the issue again.My resolution: it's good option until you face any trouble.UPDATE: it got even worse. After they contacted me about my case number I have no update since then. Complete silence for several days...
