Due to a misunderstanding on my part about a bundle to which I had subscribed, I contacted customer service of Lycamobile by email. The two email responses I received from Shai (ID 30202) were polite, easy to understand, in my own language and ultimately very helpful in enabling me to understand how my subscription works; hence problem resolved quickly.
I had queries about my payment plan, as I was worried that I was charged twice for the Long Term XS 6M plan. Shai, with ID number 30203 was assigned to my issue on the question of error in payment and Shai was very helpful. Not only did Shai give a timely response, but also resolved all my queries in an instant email after ensuring that I passed the verification test. This is to say thank you to Shai for being so helpful and polite in all her e-mails. She made the resolution process fast and almost instant.
Operator Miguel Silva helped me with a great persistence and gentleness to sort out how to make my Lyca sim work in Japan, to make a phone call to a number in Portugal so that I can save my phone number which was to expire on the very day of my call. Thank you Miguel!
the network was OK in the first month but when we recharged recently, there is no more connection. We talked to the sales where we bought the SIM cards and were asked to wait for system fixing but promised to relay to the manager. We called the customer service hotline but the operator was rude and asked us to just wait. We are tourists, without network we almost cannot go out...desperately, we found live chat on web and Shai (30203) patiently explained the situation. We are now waiting to see if the problem can be solved soon...Mr Albert, please note that we have topped up since Dec 3 and Dec 5 for both numbers respectively, 10euro each, i.e. 20euro in total, but till now there is no internet network and we cannot go online! I have sent our receipts to the email you provided. There is nothing to do with making calls. Please treat my request seriously and look into the problem again and solve it, thank you/obrigada.
