The product is good but I bought a subscription by accident and couldn’t find a way to cancel it on

The product is good but I bought a subscription by accident and couldn’t find a way to cancel it on the website, so I reached out by phone and email to company. So far, there have been 16 emails back and forth with me asking to simply asking to cancel my subscription, and the replies are :

“ Hi

I completely hear you.

I understand that you no longer wish to continue with the monthly subscription, and I can assist with canceling it as requested.

I just wanted to mention that the subscription does come with benefits, like discounted pricing on every purchase, which can make it more cost-effective over time.

Just to keep you informed, subscription members receive the lowest available pricing. If you choose to resubscribe in the future, any purchases would be at the standard one-time price, and I simply wanted to make sure you were aware.

Great way to run a business, waste people’s time by skirting around the issue.

Stay away from this company!!

At first, there was confusion regarding my order. I had purchased a one-time product, and a subscription was mistakenly activated. I was understandably concerned about the additional charge.

However, I’m happy to share that the issue has been fully resolved.

The team handled the situation professionally, and everything was clarified and corrected. A special thank you to James, the Brand Manager, for stepping in and making sure this was taken care of properly. His assistance and responsiveness made a real difference.

Agree with the other reviews - doesn’t work at all and that’s probably the reason you get automatically signed up for multiple subscriptions and even if you email several times they continue to charge your card. It’s insane that they can even do this. Don’t waste your money it ends up costing you so much more than the amount just to try it

The same outcome, I placed a one-time purchase, then all of a sudden another 3 bottles were charged to my card, I was told I had a subscription which was complete rubbish, I emailed them immediately whilst payment was pending they then stretched this out with email after email so time would lapse and the order was sent and couldn't be reversed , no refund, stay away from this company they are unethical and underhanded

DO NOT ORDER! SCAMMERS! Somehow was signed up for a monthly subscription I never wanted. Have been getting nowhere going back and forth with emailing. First I couldn't even get a reply till I sent a message via the website question option. They are ignoring my requests. I have sent about 7 emails now stating the same thing and all the say is that they can't take the product back. They won't cancel this subscription or give a refund or even address it in the email. So frustrating and upsetting.

I want to be sure that is all that I ordered, but I do not appreciate how you market this product very deceiving and asking do you want other products to try and I do not want other products to try as well as I do not want to be charged for a membership and to be billed on my credit card monthly for this!
